Literacy events are "activities where literacy has a role" (Barton and Hamilton 61). In other words, literacy events are actually proof that these literacies exist. They could be papers, or in my case, projects and publications that showcase your ability to use your literacy to the fullest. There were specific instances where I showcased my digital visual literacy that are included in the slideshow below.
